An Online Introductory Lesson is FREE OF CHARGE!

We like to set up a trial lesson to meet the student (and their parents) in person, answer any questions, and make sure that we are a good match!

Annual Plan with Automatic Monthly Payments 
  • Mindful Music Studio operates on an annual subscription plan providing each student with 45 weekly lessons during the 12-month period from the sign up date. The seven (7) remaining weeks out of the year are reserved for vacation time.

  • The cost of 45 lessons is divided into 12 equal automatic monthly payments.
    • 30-minute lessons - $150 per month
    • 45-minute lessons - $225 per month
    • 60-minute lessons - $300 per month

  • You are not obligated to take lessons for the entire year. To stop lessons, please notify us two weeks before the next billing date. Depending on the scheduling, you may have pre-paid lessons remaining or owe a balance on previously completed lessons.

  • You may choose to complete or forfeit any remaining lessons. There are no refunds.

  • If a there is remaining balance on completed lessons, you will be charged that final balance.

  • We will provide a detailed receipt for all lessons taken and paid for upon cancelation.​

Payment Methods and Additional fees

  • The method of payment used for the automatic payments is ACH transfer, which is a direct bank to bank transfer set up through a secure and reputable billing company. All of your personal information is kept safe and private.​
  • You may choose to use a credit card instead, however, a 3% fee will be added to the monthly charge. 
  • A declined transaction will result in a $20 fee.
  • We do not accept cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal as methods of payment.

studio policy

  • Students must provide a 24-hour cancellation notice to qualify for a make-up lesson. Exceptions (such as family emergencies) are left to the teacher’s discretion.

  • Each student is entitled to four (4) make-up lessons per year when canceling at least 24 hours in advance. 

  • A make-up lesson may not replace one of the future scheduled lessons and must be completed within 6 weeks.

  • A missed or cancelled make-up lesson is not eligible to be rescheduled.
 
  • If a student is late, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.​​​

  • Students and their parents must commit to daily practice of the chosen instrument. Consistency is key! Be prepared for each lesson and bring all the necessary materials.                                                                    
 
  • Students must have an instrument of their own available to them for daily practice.

  • We are closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve-New Year's Day.
